You can book Avala Resort & Villas at one of our websites and take advantage of our best available rates. Afterwards you will receive a booking confirmation.
If, over the next 24 hours, you find a lower rate for an equivalent offer on another website (same hotel, same dates, same type of room, same sales conditions etc.), contact our Reservation office to claim for the Best price guarantee.
The Best price guarantee applies exclusively to hotel room bookings excluding the sale of fixed price agreements/packages (including an offer proposed at the hotel, transport services or any other service connected with the room booking).
The rates affected by the Best price guarantee must be accessible to the public and open to reservation, with the particular exception of:
- rates reserved for "groups"
- rates reserved for "companies"
- rates applying to "organizers of seminars and meetings"
- rates reserved for Loyalty program members
- Guest rooms are subject to availability
- Advance Deposit Payment may be required to confirm reservation during shoulder and high season
- Credit card guarantee is required for all reservations, unless otherwise required
- Minimum length of stay may be required, subject to availability
- Confirmed reservations are subject to Cancellation Policy
- Pets are not allowed in our hotels
- Early check in and late check out must be requested in advance
- Check in time: 2 p.m.
- Check out time: 12.00
Late departure charges:
- 2p.m. – 6 p.m., half day of guest room rate will be charged
- 6 p.m. onwards, a full room rate only will be charged

- All reservations during high season ( July and August )require a deposit of 40% of total amount of the stay.
- All reservations in general must be guaranteed by a valid credit card, to secure your room.
- Credit cards accepted: VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Diners or Bank transfer to our account
Note for extra costs
- A credit card print and signed authorization will be requested at check in, in case the guest leaves the hotel without having paid extra cost.
- Any cancellation charge will initially be offset against any deposit held and the balance will be charged against the credit card supplied to secure the booking.
- Cancellation must be written by letter, email or fax.
- Reservation Cancellation made minimum 10 days prior to arrival will not require any penalty.
- Reservation Cancellation made below 10 days prior to arrival is subject to a payment penalty of 40% of the total amount of stay and deducted from the advance deposit paid or by charging guest credit card.
- Reservation Cancellation made 24 hours before the arrival date is subject to a full payment penalty of 100% of the total amount of the stay. It will be deducted from the deposit and/or debited from the guest credit card. Day Use charge
- All day use guest rooms( from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) will be charged 60% of published room rate. Rooms must be fully prepaid. Waivers
- In the case of exceptional natural or personal circumstances, the management may consider not to apply its cancellation policy in full.
- All children under 7 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Baby cots are free(maximum capacity of a baby cot is 1).
- All children from 07-12 years old sharing room with adults pay 20 euro per night ( valid for all board basis)
- There is no capacity for extra beds in rooms standard
- Maximum 1 child 3 – 12 years old in superior rooms and villas
